Experience
I've both lived in and traveled to a wide variety of countries and places all over the world. I have no shortage of curiosity, am constantly in search of new information and experiences, and love to impart and discuss what I have learned and seen. A few years ago I started my tutoring experience by teaching English to French children in Paris, and continued that last year, tutoring English to Chinese adults and children in Shanghai as well as teaching several Economics classes at an English-speaking high school. I hope to bring that joy of teaching back to the US in a variety of school subjects and test preparations. I have always excelled in math and have an insatiable curiosity for it. I received a 5 on the calculus and statistics AP exams and a perfect 800 on the math SAT and SAT 2. I enjoy all aspects of math and enjoy conveying concepts and ideas, and helping students to understand something as well as I do. Feel free to reach out to me anytime. I feel quite comfortable teaching students of all ages. My education and background are grounded in math and social science, so these are my best subjects. I perform very well on standardized tests and love to see my students improve their scores as we go. My time is flexible and I'm eager to meet and work with new students!
