Experience
I earned my bachelor's in biochemistry at the City College of New York. I'm enrolled at CCNY to earn my medical degree. For the past four years, I've tutored numerous students in a variety of academic topics, though my preference is in math and science subjects. I have experience in working with students as young as six years old, as well as middle and high school students. Most of the students I've taught attended public school in New York City. Through my experiences, I learned how different people learned and the value of mastering a topic thoroughly. I know that anyone is capable of learning and building their skills to succeed in education. By providing explanations and learning activities that resonate with the student's personal learning style, I can bolster their ability to absorb the material as it is presented. In addition, I do everything I can to make learning the material a fun, engaging activity. I keep my student's academic goals in mind when forming their lesson plan and choosing the ideal demonstrations to resonate with their learning needs. Outside of tutoring, I am passionate about my personal health. I enjoy learning new recipes to try out. I love to play football and go swimming.
