I'm a medical doctor with a bachelor's degree in biology. I finished my surgical internship, and I'm training in preventive and integrative medicine. At Harvard Medical School, I have experience tutoring students in medical courses. I have experience learning complex subjects, and I know what it's like to be frustrated studying for exams or learning coursework that seems uninteresting. I put together techniques to help students study this kind of material effectively while having fun along the way. When studying is interesting, it's easier to retain information and it reduces the stress and anxiety of exams. In addition to the material itself, I help students prepare for the way the test is formatted and help students develop mental endurance. I can tutor anatomy and physiology, microbiology, pharmacology, genetics, cell biology, histology, pathology, immunology, medical ethics, MCAT preparation, and more.
